The central workshop with a total of 15 employees is an important
backbone of the very high-Research in the Department of Chemistry and
Applied Biosciences.
Organization
It consists of the
areas of physical chemistry, together with the organic chemistry and
the chemical and bio-engineering, together with the inorganic
chemistry. The two workshop areas are autonomous, the institutes
undertook units. The available machines and tools are widely used
together and there is a close and intensive cooperation between these
two areas. The leadership in the central workshop rotates every three
years between the two field managers.
